Using social media revolves around the production of content. The production of content MUST be generated in terms of your passion while also focusing on goals. So, it is from your passion and goals that you will decide on your topics to produce content.
Content will act as a magnet to your OWN website, preferable a blog. If you have a strong grasp on your main topic and content topics, you will set yourself up for a solid steady flow of quality content.
Determine Content Topics
As just mentioned, not only do you have to know your main topic, but you have to have an idea of the types of content topics you want to create. For example, if your main topic is “Mixed Drinks”, your content topics may be “Mix Drink Reviews” and “Unheard of Mixed Drinks”. Creating your content topics will help you have a more focused view of your main topic and make it easier to come up with specific blog posts to create.
Blog Post Titles
Once you have a narrow focus on the type of content you will be producing, it is time to start thinking of actual blog posts you can create for these topics. It is in your interest to try to create a list of about 50 post titles you can create. If you can create a list this size, you should have no problem with having that steady stream of content. If you can’t come up with a list that size, then maybe you really are not that passionate about the topic. You then may want to consider a topic that you could think of all kinds of things to discuss and talk about.
